Malcolm brought in his Woodmizer sawmill and went to work. We ended up with enough wood to build a 12 stall two story barn!

How to Build a Horse Ranch For Sale

The first thing we had to so was clear land. No way we would have a horse farm for sale at all if this had not been done.

6 of the ten acres were wooded -and half of that was underwater where the beavers had made their dams and backed up the creeks.
