Equestrian property for sale

As we were building an equestrian property (who calls their horse farm an equestrian property?) we knew along it would be a big job. But we wer enjoying what we were doing and it shows in the profitable horse farming business we have built.

So once we had our 10 stalls up in our new barn - we had to fill those stalls woth boarding horses.

We offered a good rate - and went out to market.

It didn't take long for the word to get around that we had a very safe, very comfortable barn for horses and kids.

Once we cut the trees, then we need lumber for the barn for our horse farm in Atlanta we have built.

Malcolm brought in his Woodmizer sawmill and went to work. We ended up with enough wood to build a 12 stall two story barn!

To have a horse farm in Atlanta took a whole lot of work but the rewards are definitely worth it.

We have a lot of people who depend on us to take care of their horses - and their kids.

We take that trust seriously - while trying to make sure everybody has fun!
